These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of thecaselygroup.com and the pages and forms on it (the “web platform”), operated by The Casely Group, Inc. (“The Casely Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our CG Intelligence unit. By using the web platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Using the Web Platform
You may use the web platform to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Submit false information, or information about another person without their permission.
- Interfere with its operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or to our systems.
- Copy, scrape or harvest its content or data by automated means without our written permission.
2. Information You Send Us
When you send us a form, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We use it to respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Sending a form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side until we agree terms in writing.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Program name: The Casely Group inquiry and scheduling texts.
What we text. If you check the text-message box on one of our forms and give a mobile number, The Casely Group may send you text messages about your inquiry, including to schedule a meeting with our team. We do not send marketing texts through this program. Checking the box is optional, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and no further texts unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email; each email carries its own unsubscribe link.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email marketing@thecaselygroup.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.

The web platform and its content, including text, films, images, designs, logos and the CG Intelligence name and marks, belong to The Casely Group or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for your own, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The content on the web platform is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and The Casely Group is not a law firm. Examples of past work describe that work; they are not a promise of any particular result for you.
