We design and stand up your first agent on your own systems, as a pilot for the process the Diagnostic chose, held to the standards ours run by: one owner, a record of every action and a person’s approval before anything leaves your firm. The Diagnostic is credited in full to a Build signed within 30 days.

05 Questions firms ask

Who is this for?: Owners, managing partners and operations leaders of firms with ten or more people, starting with plaintiff and trial firms. Other organizations are welcome; apply and say what you run.
What does it cost?: The Agentic Diagnostic starts at $25,000, invoiced and paid before kickoff. A Build starts at $90,000 and Advisory is $15,000 a month; workshops start at $25,000 and keynotes at $35,000. The Diagnostic is credited in full to a Build signed within 30 days.
How much of it is Davin?: Davin does the diagnosis, the architecture, the readout and the steering. His engineering team does the build. His time is limited, which is why he takes a few firms at a time.
Who owns what you build?: You do. The agents run in your own accounts, in your name. Our own platforms and methods stay ours, and nobody outside the team reaches them.
Do you promise a result?: We promise the work, the deliverables and the dates. What agents will save or earn in your firm is given as a range and a test, with what it depends on, never as a promise.
